Powered by volunteers, we are a 501(c)3 non profit that produces & promotes events strengthening community + supporting local businesses in and around Atwater Village. Our flagship event is the Annual Atwater Village Tree Lighting Festival.

🎉 2025 Online Raffle Extended — 3 Baskets Still Open!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Atwater Village Tree Lighting Festival! 🌲✨

As a volunteer-run nonprofit, Atwater Village Events relies on raffle ticket sales to keep this beloved celebration free for our community each year, and to help us bring in new performers and groups that reflect the rich diversity of Atwater Village.

Although our main raffle has officially closed, three of our premium baskets are still open for extended ticket sales:

    •    The Marías 🎶 Basket 1: “Cariño”

    •    The Marias Basket 2 : “Hush” Melt for The Marías

•    Robert Szot Artist — Original + Student Work

These high-value baskets have been moved to a new Zeffy page so that ticket sales can continue through December 19, 2025 at 6:00 PM PST, with winners drawn on December 20, 2025. Winners must arrange pick-up or shipping. If the winner is located outside the Los Angeles Metro area, shipping will need to be arranged at their own expense.

All tickets purchased prior to the event (on the original raffle page) are still valid and will automatically be included in the final drawing for the corresponding baskets. No action is required — your entries will be combined with any new tickets sold during the extended period.

2025 Event Announcement! Sunday December 7, from 4pm-7pm

Atwater Village Annual Tree Lighting Festival

Every year we gather in the heart of Atwater Village to light the soaring 80ft tree and herald the start of the festive season with this beloved - and free - neighborhood festival. We sip on hot chocolate, welcome Santa Claus (who arrives atop a fleet of fire engines) sing some carols, merrily mingle with our neighbors, and dance our Jingle Bells off with family and friends. Ever wondered how this event actually happens? Thanks to a merry team of volunteers and local businesses.
